The Peer 180° Conference, taking place during The International Surface Event (TISE) East, Nov. 2 through 5, will be a peer-to-peer learning experience, according to show officials.
With Peer 180°, attendees will share the problems with which they need help, the answers they have learned from their own experiences and make connections with professionals who face the same challenges. This conference provides a smaller, more intimate and supported environment that is tailored by and for the individual attendee.
"At Peer 180°, participants generate the program," said a TISE East representative. "Using the roundtable discussion, attendees create a list of the peer session topics and conference organizers identify facilitators to lead these popular discussions. This process allows the conference to meet the expressed needs of participants, leading to more engaging, less formal sessions which are focused on discussion and problem solving."
