2025 Installation Awards: Submit Your Entry

FLOOR Trends & Installation is proud to present our 12th annual Installation Awards. These awards, sponsored by Performance Accessories and QEP/Roberts, honor the most professional and creative flooring installations in both residential and commercial settings in five categories: Carpet, Tile & Stone, Hardwood/Laminate, Resilient and Specialty Flooring.

How to Enter

Flooring installers and contractors can enter between now and 11:59 p.m. EST, April 28, 2025.

Images

Please provide two to four high-res, 300 dpi photos of the installation project in .jpg or.gif format (including at least one shot of the finished installation). Horizontal images are preferred.

Project

Please include the following information in your submission:

• Project Name (do not use personal information—owner's name, address, etc.)
• List the name of the installer(s) who performed the floor install.
• List the manufacturers/suppliers of flooring and installation materials used. Please list the proper names of products used (brand, product name/style, color if applicable).
• Describe challenges met during the project. Max 200 words and please answer in complete sentences. Responses may be published.
• Describe outstanding or unique features of the installation, and why you think the project deserves to be honored. Max 200 words. Please answer in complete sentences. Responses may be published.

Rules

• Entrants can submit one project per category. Do not submit one project in multiple categories, and do not post the same project more than once.
• Flooring manufacturers interested in submitting a project MUST enter the contractor or installer who performed the flooring installation. Their shipping address and contact information are needed for shipping purposes and to schedule interviews in the event their project wins. If this information is not included, the project will be disqualified.
• Each category must receive a minimum of two entries in order to name a winner. If two or less entries are received, the category will be removed.

Prizes

• QEP/Roberts is returning for a third year to provide prizes to first-place winners. Prizes will be awarded for categories that receive more than two entries.
• Winners will receive a plaque and have their projects featured across FLOOR Trends & Installation channels in November 2025.
• Winners will also receive a professional press release for their local markets and national exposure.
