DriTac Flooring Products' new Eco-DriBloc Premium "Green" Moisture Control and Adhesive Isolation Membrane is for resilient flooring installations.

A fast drying, single-component concrete moisture control system and adhesive isolation membrane, Eco-DriBloc allows installers to apply a moisture mitigation system and install their resilient floor on the same day with only a three-hour dry time, according to the company. This roller applied, easy-to-use 2-in-1 product offers a zero VOC, zero solvent and low odor formula that also serves to isolate old adhesive residue, including cutback.

Manufactured in the USA, Eco-DriBloc is warranted for up to 15 lbs. of concrete moisture vapor transmission, per the ASTM F1869 Calcium Chloride Test Method and up to 90% RH, per the ASTM 2170 Relative Humidity Test. Eco-DriBloc is for use with DriTac resilient water-based flooring adhesives and available in one and four-gallon pails. 

Eco-DriBloc is for use under many types of floor coverings, including luxury vinyl tile/plank, fiberglass back sheet vinyl, carpet tile, vinyl, cork tile, cork/rubber/foam underlayments, laminate and all other floating floors.

"This innovative eco-friendly product is used over porous concrete to help reduce penetration of the adhesive and dusting of the concrete, which results in increased spread rates and a stronger bond with DriTac resilient water-based floor covering adhesives," according to a company representative.
