Tec's new EZ Level Premium Self Leveling Underlayment is a cement-based, pourable and a pumpable underlayment.

According to the company, the underlayment is designed to smooth and level most subfloors and is particularly well suited for large areas. With a single coat, it provides a smooth finish that is ideal for the installation of all types of floor coverings, including ceramic or natural stone tile, carpet, resilient, laminate flooring and wood flooring. It can be used for featheredge up to 1 ½” depth, or 5” with proper aggregate, and can be applied over green concrete (RH 95% or lower).

EZ Level offers extended working times for maximum usability, and its fast-setting formula dries to a walkable surface in 2 to 4 hours, according to the company. Permeable coverings can be installed in 6 hours and non-permeable coverings can be installed in 12 to 16 hours for efficient installations.

EZ Level contains 10% pre-consumer recycled content and zero VOC, and contributes to LEED project points. It is available in 50 lb. bags.
