ISSA has announced the 10 winners of the 2013 Best Customer Service Awards, selected by attendees during the ISSA/Interclean North America 2013 exhibition for their exemplary customer contact.
The award-winning ISSA/Interclean North America is the only trade show where executives come together from all segments of the jansan industry to do business and gather information to better manage distribution companies, building services companies and facility management departments.
Distributors, building service contractors, and in-house service providers who attended ISSA/Interclean, held in Las Vegas this Nov.18-21, casted their votes for the awards at www.issa.com/appto, based on which companies’ staffs best met their needs, answered questions, offered solutions, or provided outstanding interaction during the event. The following companies received the most votes out of 690 exhibitors:

Exhibitors and attendees alike repeatedly commented during this year’s ISSA/Interclean North America 2013 that it was “the best we’ve had in years.” This year's show attracted the most registrants in nearly a decade and set a record for the most new exhibitors, with 143 out of the 690 participating for the first time.
“This year has been one of our best ever,” said John Drengler, SCA Americas’ vice president of product and marketing for AfH Professional Hygiene–North America. “Engagement with our customers has been fantastic. ISSA/INTERCLEAN truly is one of our highlight events of the year.”
Alan Tomblin, sales manager - North America for Procter & Gamble Professional, was equally enthusiastic: “In the first day, alone, we did two-thirds of the business we conducted at last year’s event in total, and they were quality decision-makers with our existing customers and many potential customers “
