ACProducts, Inc., parent company of Armstrong Cabinet Products, announces the appointment of Nick Billig as CEO, effective immediately.
Nick has held a number of general management roles throughout his career in the consumer, industrial and building products sectors. More recently, he worked 10 years for Masco Corporation, initially as CEO of Moores Furniture, a manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and related services in the UK, where Nick was instrumental in its turn around. He then moved to the position of Group Vice President, where he had operational responsibility for nine Masco companies with multiple manufacturing sites, distribution and sales offices throughout Western and Eastern Europe. Products were branded market leaders in the European home improvement and building products sector.
“Nick brings with him a wealth of leadership experience in turnaround and business improvement, and also a proven track record of developing teams and individuals,” said Rick Lovorn, president, ACProducts, Inc. “In the short time Nick has been involved with us, he has been increasingly excited by the potential inherent in ACPI. Nick is a graduate of Duke University, with a BA in Economics. He will be relocating to the Dallas area with his family, and his office will be located in The Colony, Texas.
Armstrong Cabinets was recently purchased by American Industrial Partners (AIP) and the new company will operate under the name of ACProducts, Inc. ACProducts has a limited license to use the Armstrong brand name and operate under the Armstrong Cabinet Products trade name during a license term of two years.
