Armstrong announced that Patriot Flooring Supply, a New England-based distributor of hardwood and laminate flooring, will cut the ribbon on a new ProShop at the distributor’s Pompton Plains, N.J. warehouse Feb. 26. Set for 3 to 7 p.m., the event will also serve as an open house for the distributor, which recently expanded its operations into Pompton Plains in the wake of Hoboken Floors shutting down.

Set for 3 to 7 p.m., the event will also serve as an open house for the distributor, which recently expanded its operations into Pompton Plains in the wake of Hoboken Floors shutting down.

            “Patriot Flooring Supply went from zero to 95,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space in Pompton Plains, N.J. in only 90 days,” said Armstrong, which owns the distributor. “Several Hoboken Wood Flooring veterans have joined Patriot, which now employs more than 30 professionals in its New Jersey facility.

Patriot carries Armstrong hardwood, Bruce laminate “and a selection of other fine hardwood and sundry products.” The warehouse is located at 100 Alexander Ave. in Pompton Plains. For more information, call (973) 616-5470.
