Hardwood floor finish maker BonaKemi USA has launched a technical support line for Spanish-speaking users. According to Todd Schutte, Bona’s director of training and contractor sales, the new feature is in keeping with BonaKemi’s efforts to support its growing Hispanic customer base.

“We have already seen a positive effect from our bilingual training program,” Schutte noted. “The addition of this toll-free number dedicated to Spanish-speaking distributors, contractors, architects, specifiers, facility managers and building maintenance crews is a logical next step in expanding those efforts.”
