The components supplied include: the dash insulator, air bag component insulation, battery cover, clutch cover insulation, front floor carpet and polyurethane flooring, middle and rear floor carpet and EVA-based laminated floormats (bus and combi only), and medium density fiberboard mat (van platform).
The acoustic systems will be produced at Collins & Aikman's St. Neots, U.K., facility, while the floor systems will be manufactured at Collins & Aikman's Newcastle-under-Lyme, U.K., facility. Final assembly for the vehicles will be at GM's Luton, England, facility beginning in March 2001.
