Bostik Findley Inc.'s Construction & Distribution (C&D) Division has promoted two veteran managers within its rapidly growing Flooring Group.

Effective Jan. 1, Paul Gallagher, national sales manager for the Bostik Findley Flooring Group, will fill the newly created position of business development manager - international & retail for the company's C&D division. Based in Philadelphia, Gallagher will be responsible for all export, affiliate and retail sales in the Americas for the C&D division.

Robert McNamara, Bostik Findley Flooring marketing manager, will take on Gallagher's current sales management responsibilities for the Flooring Group - coupling them with the marketing management duties he has performed since 2000. As marketing & sales manager for the Flooring Group, McNamara will be responsible for 17 sales representatives as well as a growing team of product managers and marketing specialists.

Rick Tredwell, western regional manager - flooring; Brian Kelley, eastern regional manager - flooring; and Mike Johns, national accounts manager - flooring, will report directly to McNamara.
