The National Association of Floor Covering Distributors (NAFCD) will feature legendary American athlete Rocky Bleier as a keynote presenter at the NAFCD 32nd Annual Meeting, "Leaders Meeting Leaders," Oct. 17-20, 2003, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Told he would never walk again after being wounded in Vietnam, Bleier went on to become a premier running back and member of the four-time Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers. Bleier is active in organizations such as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the International Special Olympics. His story is the subject of the book and feature film, Fighting Back.

The NAFCD 32nd Annual Meeting is designed to hone the personal and professional skills of floor covering distributors. In addition to the Rocky Bleier keynote, the meeting features the panel discussion, "State of the Industry: Viewpoints from Floor Covering Leaders." The panel brings together Thomas S. Davis, President and CEO of Mannington Mills, Chan W. Galbato, President and CEO of Armstrong Flooring, Ulf Mattsson, President and CEO of Domco Tarkett Inc., and Roger Marcus, President and CEO of Congoleum Corp.
