With an application deadline of April 30, the program aims to increase female representation across all aspects of the flooring industry.

The scholarship initiative features two distinct tracks designed to support women at different career stages. Post-Secondary Education Scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 are available for students pursuing degrees, certificates, or certifications at colleges, trade schools, or technical institutions. For industry veterans with at least three years of experience, Continuing Education Scholarships of $250 to $1,000 support skills enhancement through non-degree courses, educational training programs, and specialized classes.

Eligibility for the program extends to women currently employed in floor covering as well as those demonstrating clear interest in pursuing industry careers. The application process is now open through the organization's online portal, with recipients to be announced later this year.
