Uzin Utz North America Announces Leadership Change as Pallmann Brand Manager Mark Weglowski Retires

Uzin Utz North America Inc. has announced the retirement of Mark Weglowski, Pallmann brand manager, who served nearly 13 years with the company and built a career spanning over 25 years in the hardwood flooring industry.
Weglowski was instrumental in expanding the Pallmann brand throughout North America, where his relationship-building skills and mentorship helped establish the brand's strong market presence. Company officials praised his passion, professionalism, and consistent delivery of exceptional results throughout his tenure.
Josh Neuberger, who brings 12 years of experience with Uzin Utz North America and over 20 years in the flooring industry, will succeed Weglowski as vice president of Pallmann. Neuberger has served in various roles within the organization, most recently as vice president of corporate strategy and development.
Neuberger's career with the company began in sales and marketing for Pallmanj before advancing to director of marketing for all Uzin Utz North America brands. His accomplishments include helping oversee construction of the company's dry-mortar plant in Waco, Texas, restructuring company logistics, and developing the com[any'sglobal PASSION 2025 strategy.
Uzin Utz North America, headquartered in Aurora, Colorado, is the North American subsidiary of Germany-based Uzin Utz SE, a manufacturer of premium flooring product systems established in 1911.
