Cosentino, the global surfaces manufacturer, has appointed Pilar Cosentino as its new CEO effective April 14, marking a significant milestone in the company's succession plan and corporate governance structure.
The appointment, announced by Cosentino's Board of Directors on April 9, sees the company adopting the governance best practice of separating the chairman and CEO roles. Francisco Martínez-Cosentino, 73, who currently holds both positions, will continue serving as chairman.
Rebecca Jeffery has been appointed head of marketing for Havwoods, a global manufacturer of engineered floors, in the United Kingdom and the United States.
With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, and branding, Jeffery will drive strategic marketing across both regions. She previously ran her own creative agency for a decade and appeared on BBC's The Apprentice in 2016. Havwoods' managing director Jordon Munro highlighted Jeffery's expertise in content-driven marketing and brand storytelling as key to expanding the company's market presence during its 50th anniversary year.
Louisville Tile announced the appointment of Johnny D. Stafford as its new architecture and design sales representative for the Lexington, Kentucky, region. A Lexington, Kentucky native, Stafford's career spans successful management roles in diverse industries, including motorsports, restaurant management, and hardscape flooring retail. Stafford excelled as an A&D sales rep at Floor & Decor, opening stores in central Florida.
Nox Corp., a South Korea-based leader in luxury vinyl tile (LVT) innovation and sustainable flooring solutions, announced the appointment of Sajal Patel as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), effective April 1, 2025. In this role, Patel will lead global marketing and sustainability-driven innovation, reporting directly to Dan Koh, CEO and vice Chairman, to drive international growth.
Patel brings over 25 years of extensive experience in consumer and B2B marketing, with a proven track record in product development, global marketing, and cross-functional team leadership. She has held senior positions at global companies including Interface and Newell Brands, where she played a pivotal role in launching and scaling high-impact products.
