Celebrity designer Jennifer Farrell announced her latest project, I.C.E. House (Interconnected Changeable Environments), set in historic stone farmhouses amid French vineyards. The two-year multimedia experience, culminating in 2026, showcases an adaptable "home of tomorrow" concept blending ancient architecture with modern luxury design.
Farrell disclosed the secret location in a video filmed outside the collection of historic stone farmhouses in the South of France.
“Part of the story I want to tell at I.C.E. House is how the global culture of design is also personal and connected," Farrell said. "Bringing the heritage of this ancient property in France into the future with adaptable, changing environments, and the finest of luxury design as the great connector in that global story – that’s what I.C.E House is about, and what makes our breathtaking location the perfect place to tell that story.”
The adaptable home will come to life over a two-year multimedia experience. The show home will feature luxury products and materials from home furnishings, lighting, surfaces, and kitchen and bath brands—including Farrell's collections of furniture, lighting, art, rugs, and decor for luxury brand Global Views. The company's latest collaboration with Farrell will debut in summer 2025.
This innovative show home concept follows the success of her most recent show home, Calibu Vineyard, created luxury materials from Jennifer's 23 Brand Partners. The show home was a 7,300-sq.-ft., 19-room estate nestled within a private vineyard in California's Malibu Hills.
