As part of a leadership development program, leaders at Beauflor participated in a sustainability cleanup project at Red Top Mountain State Park in Acworth, Georgia. 

Thirty-one Beauflor managers and supervisors helped to clean up the state park in three four-hour sessions. Groups picked up garbage on land and also on the lake using kayaks. In total, they collected  46 bags of garbage and a variety of larger items such as floats, sleeping bags and grills.

The Beauflor year-long leadership training program offers employees monthly topics such as communication, dealing with conflict, internal policies, working as a team, and more.
