The International Surface Event (TISE) will host the second annual Women's Leadership Conference on Monday, January 30, 2023, from 1 to 5 p.m., in Las Vegas, followed by reception for conference participants.

Hosted by flooring industry professional Katie Ford, the event will feature two panel discussions and a roster of career-building speakers. Shannon Vogel, founder and owner at Reach Social will give a talk on bringing out your authentic self. Leslie Carothers, principal of Savour Partnership, will share insights into the Metaverse and how it translates to real-world dollars. 

The event will close with a reception at the Foundation Room in Mandalay Bay. More details to come.
