Dean Thompson, retiring RFCI president and CEO, and his wife Shirley were celebrated with a “Special Evening Tribute” by a gathering of Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI) members at the Spring 2022 Meeting at The Cloister, Sea Island on Wednesday evening, April 27.

Speakers addressing the over 100 in attendance included Bill Blackstock, president and CEO, RFCI; Tom Davis, formerly with Mannington; Bill Freeman, formerly with RFCI; Harlan Stone, HMTX; Bart Rogers, Roppe; Dick Heinle, Formosa; Allison Foley, Venable LLP; Ned Monroe, Vinyl Institute; Jane Rohde, RFCI; Teresa Williford, RFCI; Steve McEntee, Penn Color; Herb Upton, Shaw and RFCI Chairman; and Curt Thompson, Dean’s son.
