Bella Flooring Group has announced changes and additions to its executive team. Tyler Geren, chief operating officer, has been appointed CEO; Paul AC Dominie has been named president of sales and marketing; and Bill Briggs has shifted from the position of director of sales and marketing to director of sales operations.  

Geren has a vast background of public accounting, financial leadership, and management in business operations. Dominie has more than 33 years of experience in the flooring industry and originally served as the vice president of sales at Bella until 2019. Briggs began his flooring career in the early 1970s and excels in building strong relationships with customers and guiding the general operations of business.
