As the home-improvement industry is booming, it's harder to meet skilled labor demands. LL Flooring has partnered with the National Flooring Contractors' Apprentice Program (NFCAP) to offer pro partners trade labor with government support to offset the cost of training, plus the opportunity to mentor the next generation of flooring installers.

A federally registered program, the NFCAP provides classroom and virtual instruction, while our pro partners offer on-the-job training to apprentices, resulting in federally-certified tradesperson who take care of your customers and ours.
