Daltile held its annual meeting with key customer advisory board members to ensure the Daltile Statements Dealer Program continues to be an effective tool for its network of more than 250 Statements Program dealers. The one-day event took place virtually and was highlighted by a tour of Daltile’s Arlington, Texas, retail studio. This studio has served as the real-life prototype and test store for Daltile’s latest new showroom design. The new design will officially become available to Daltile’s Statement Dealers in January of 2021.
“The new Daltile Statements ‘Store Within A Store’ Program is designed to simplify the tile selection process for our customers,” said Paij Thorn-Brooks, vice president of marketing for Dal-Tile Corporation. “The new showroom features interactive modules, trend insights, unique displays that showcase the entire Daltile product line, curated assortments, and much more. This new showroom coupled with the other facets of the program including premiere website placement, rebate programs, online display advertising, pay-per-click, and social media will bring a seamless experience from online to in-store.”
