Stoner Bunting continues its strategic growth and multi-channel integration with the recent promotions of Cheryl Shinton to chief operating officer and Nicole Bromley to chief growth officer. Using their extensive backgrounds in marketing and results, they will work symbiotically to seamlessly unite the two business units of the company: Stoner Bunting Advertising (SBA) and SB Collectiv (formerly SB Gift Cards).
In their new roles, Shinton will focus on customer relations, retention and success, as well as oversee the management of the SBA and SB Collectiv. With Bromley’s experience in business development and sales strategy, she will lead the team in strategic partnerships, product development, new business development and client sales growth. Both will serve as executive committee members, working directly with the president and CEO, Dan Nguyen, to shape the future of Stoner Bunting.
“Individually, Cheryl and Nicole each have a unique skill set, but collaboratively, they work well together to solve client business challenges quickly,” said Nguyen. “By creating this dynamic team, we are able to cultivate custom services, which are tailored to meet our clients’ specific needs.”
Shinton and Bromley bring noteworthy perspectives to their roles, because they are what Stoner Bunting calls “boomerangs.” While they are current and seasoned veterans of Stoner Bunting, both left the Agency to pursue other endeavors before returning in 2016 and 2018, respectively. These sabbaticals have provided them with different experiences and growth opportunities, which will help create a new vision for Stoner Bunting that will merge the talent and power of both divisions.
