Merlo has more 20 years in the flooring industry and started learning the business at a young age, gaining extensive experience in both residential and commercial flooring. In his new role, he will work out of the company’s Rochester, N.Y., office and cover the Central New York market, working with current and new customers and promoting the company’s services including carpet care, maintenance and installation, tile and grout restoration, and marble, stone and concrete resurfacing, among others.
