Mike Donarumo has joined Phenix Floors as regional vice president of sales for the Southwest region.

In this role, Donarumo will be accountable for maintaining and cultivating the strong Phenix relationship within the Southwest region while leading and managing the area’s sales team.

“Mike has already made a lasting impression and positive impact on our team," said Chris Johnson, senior vice president of sales. "We’re excited to welcome him on board full-time. Mike has an entrepreneurial spirit that will be critical to growth within the Southwest region."

Donarumo has more than 30 years of sales experience in the building materials industry, recently and exclusively with flooring. Previous to working full-time with Phenix, Donarumo owned an independent sales agency, Brazos Flooring Agency, where he collaborated with Phenix. Prior to owning his own operation, Donarumo held various sales and management positions within the flooring and building materials industry.
