Rick LaBenz has joined Phenix Flooring as regional vice president of sales for the northeast region.

In this role, LaBenz will be responsible for expanding the northeast region sales team, growing Phenix business in the region and managing key accounts.

“The addition of Rick to our team is a big win for Phenix", said Chris Johnson, senior vice president of sales. “He brings an incredible amount of experience within the industry and a diverse background in project management, marketing and sales management that will help grow our sales in the northeast while maintaining the strong presence we have already built in the region.” 

LaBenz has more than 20 years of sales experience in the flooring industry. Prior to joining Phenix, LaBenz was a product and marketing manager with J.J. Haines Corp. In addition, he previously held sales and product management roles with Bayard Sales Corp.
