Ryan Smith will support the continued growth of Jeffrey Court by focusing on the expansion of its commercial brand, Spec-09, as well as serving as a technical advisor for special projects throughout the U.S. in the commercial, new home builder, and A&D market segments.
For the past 25 years, COTE has bestowed the award annually on 10 design projects that have expertly integrated design excellence with cutting-edge performance in ten key areas.
“The activity architecture firms are seeing is a positive bellwether not only for the construction outlook, but also for the larger economy,” said AIA chief economist, Kermit Baker, Hon. AIA, PhD.
The five-member jury evaluates entries based on design achievement, including sense of place and purpose, ecology and environmental sustainability and history.
