Interface, the global flooring solutions company where everything is certified carbon neutral, announces its new carpet tile collection, Modern Trio. 

Interface CEO Laurel Hurd said education sales were particularly robust in the second quarter, up 7% year-over-year, as facilities teams and administrators invested in refurbishment and maintenance projects during their summer break.

The collection, originally launched in 2021, has proven to be one of Interface’s most popular carpet tile offerings, providing end-users an expansive platform of affordable, hard-working carpet tile styles designed with open spaces in mind.

Interface, the global flooring manufacturer, has recently introduced its latest luxury vinyl tile collection, Northern Grain. This LVT offering combines a simplistic design with its 12 colorways of pale shades and clean neutrals.  

The report highlights the emphasis on people-focused interiors and the need for spaces that adapt to end users.

Laurel Hurd, CEO of Interface, said continued demand for carbon neutral and carbon negative products drove a 10% year-over-year increase in backlog.
