Mullican Flooring continues to partner with HGTV’s “Property Brothers” as the exclusive provider of hardwood flooring for its current season.
The first two episodes, “Peter & Lexa” and “Michelle & Felicia,” featured residential renovation projects that included solid flooring from Mullican’s Muirfield Collection. The company supplied 1,260 square feet of 5-inch wide Muirfield hickory provincial and 1,008 square feet of 4-inch wide Muirfield oak Tuscan brown.
The floors in the Muirfield Collection are custom-crafted from ¾-inch-thick solid hardwoods and feature a four-sided micro bevel. Offered in hickory, maple and oak, Muirfield is available in 17 colors and four widths. This collection is protected by Mullican’s lifetime-warranty Claritage Extra finish by PPG Industries, which offers greater durability and gloss longevity.
The third episode, “Jon & Michelle,” will feature a project utilizing 1,200 square feet of Mullican’s 5-inch Chatelaine hickory burnt umber.
The Chatelaine Collection offers hand-sculpted ¾-inch solid hardwood flooring, featuring 10 distinctive selections in hickory, maple and oak. This collection combines the artistry of master craftsmanship with modern finishing techniques for a vintage style that resonates with elegance and tradition. Available in 4- and 5-inch lengths, the Chatelaine Collection is protected by Mullican’s Alpha A’Lumina Real World Finish and carries a 25-year warranty.
“We continue to be excited about our partnership with ‘Property Brothers,’” said Neil Poland, president of Mullican. “Their selection of the Muirfield and Chatelaine collections, and the diverse aesthetic appeal that they offer, mirrors the demand we are seeing from consumers. Homeowners are searching for more options, such as wider widths, longer lengths and a robust color palette.”
Now in its fourth season, “Property Brothers” features twin brothers and business partners Drew and Jonathan Scott. Drew is a seasoned real estate agent and Jonathan is a licensed building contractor. The show shadows the duo as they work with couples to find fixer-uppers, develop a design plan and renovate the property into a dream home within the established timeline and budget.
