More than 20,000 Realtors, industry professionals and guests will convene in San Diego, Nov. 13 through 16, at the Realtors Conference & Expo to address the top issues facing the nation’s residential and commercial real estate markets.

News conferences will be held Friday, Nov. 13 with Tom Salomone, incoming National Association of Realtors (NAR) president, who will discuss his agenda and the top challenges and opportunities facing realtors in 2016; Lawrence Yun, NAR's chief economist, who will present his forecast for the 2016 economy and real estate market and Jessica Lautz, NAR' research director, who will share unpublished findings from the NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers.

Also during the meetings, Yun will share the latest outlook for the residential housing market during the Residential Economic Issues & Trends Forum Friday, Nov. 13 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. He’ll be joined onstage by Jonathan Corr, president and CEO of Ellie Mae and Mark Zandi, chief economist for Moody's Analytics. Yun will also present his commercial and economic forecast at the Commercial Economic Issues & Trends Forum.

Other speakers throughout the week include Charlie Cook, national political analyst and publisher of "The Cook Political Report," Jonathan Smoke, chief economist for realtor.com and senior staff from the Federal Aviation Administration to discuss drone use.
