Show organizers have announced the official call for presentations for NeoCon 2016, taking place June 13 through 16 in Chicago, and NeoCon East 2016, taking place Nov. 9 and 10 in Philadelphia.
Submissions should share professional insight and knowledge on commercial and residential interior design, architecture and facility management professionals.
According to show officials, the selected conference speakers will gain visibility in the industry and contribute to the advancement of the profession. Interested applicants are invited to submit seminar proposals for NeoCon by Oct. 15 and April 15, 2016 for NeoCon East.
Members of the program advisory committee will evaluate all proposed seminars based on the following criteria: overall quality, relevance to the industry, well-defined focus within the program track structure, practical applications of material, timeliness of the topic and speaker qualifications. The program must be educational in nature. Industry manufacturers or vendors not exhibiting in the trade show are not eligible to speak or participate as a presenter. In addition, material should be original; otherwise, sources must be referenced. For multiple speakers, each speaker must agree to the submission. Incomplete programs will not be considered. The final program selections and notifications will be made four months prior to the show. Only those selected will be notified.
