Dwell on Design, taking place Oct. 2 through 4, is returning to New York with out-of-the-box installations and more than 35 onstage presentations from industry professionals, according to show organizers.

Additionally, Dwell Design Week—running Sept. 28 through Oct. 4—will include a kickoff event, 15th anniversary party, showroom events, Dwell on Design and the Meet the Architects night, accompanying the Dwell Manhattan Home Tour. 

“Dwell on Design New York will continue to take an edited approach to complement the West Coast show, assembling a more intimate group of trade professionals and consumers for talks and panels tackling the industry’s most significant of-the-moment topics, from the business of design and resiliency to navigating the changing landscape of authenticity in design, and furniture and product design,” said a show organizer.

The conference will occur during AIANY’s Archtober, of which Dwell is the presenting media sponsor for the fourth consecutive year. Celebrating its fifth year, Archtober is a month-long architecture and design festival that raises the awareness of the importance of design in New York City.
