Haines will relocate by year-end to a new warehouse in Orlando, Fla., that is approximately 50% larger than its current facilities, according to the company. The facility will also house a Supplies Center for customers.
“The additional space will give us the ability to better serve our customers and grow in the Florida market," said Bruce Zwicker, Haines' president and CEO. "The brand new Haines Supplies Center showroom will be located inside the new larger warehouse and the warehouse will have a better layout and much more inventory capacity."
Mike Barrett, Haines’ vice president of operations, added, “The new facility allows us to offer the highest level of service for our customers and provide a better working space for our employees. We are extremely grateful to J. Wallace and Associates of Orlando for their great work brokering the lease deal with RREEF America. They have helped us organize a smooth transition with no interruption in service.”
