Nick Bindl and Willie Nieves have joined Flowcrete Americas' sales team.
The new sales representatives will both be responsible for covering the Midwest region with Bindl working across Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Missouri and south Illinois, and Nieves covering Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio.
Bindl will be working to strengthen the company’s presence within the food and beverage market, leveraging his extensive experience in order to forge new business relations with food manufacturing clients in particular.
With more than 12 years experience and a proven track record for selling, it is hoped that Bindl's resourcefulness, dedication to understanding customers’ wants and needs, as well as his ability to develop long-lasting business relationships, will make him a fantastic addition to the team.
Having previously worked as a sales representative, sales manager, assistant marketing manager and territory manager, Bindl has a wealth of experience across the board and it is anticipated that he will prove to have a huge impact on the sales floor.
In addition, Nieves will also be looking to drive new food and beverage business as well as tapping into the numerous pharmaceutical and heavy industry manufacturing facilities that are currently under construction in the region.
As a seasoned sales professional with a background in flooring systems, design, and specification it is fully expected that Nieves will be invaluable in terms of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors and peers.
In the past Nieves has been employed as a technical sales consultant, sales representative and a general manager, giving him a well-rounded perspective of the industry. Not to mention his bilingual ability as a fluent Spanish speaker, which is sure to provide a competitive advantage in the company’s burgeoning Latin American exploits.
His knowledge of the industrial flooring sector is certain to make him an invaluable asset to the Flowcrete Americas team, as he possesses vast experience in the field as well as in depth expertise of the project cycle from specification to completion.
According to the company, both appointments come at what is an exciting time for Flowcrete, which has recently re-located to a new manufacturing plant in Texas to facilitate its growth across the U.S., Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean.
