Mullican Flooring is providing flooring for several episodes of this season’s “Property Brothers,” a television series on HGTV.

The first episode, "Isabella & David," is scheduled to air today at 9 p.m. EST. The show will feature a residential renovation project that includes ¾-inch oak granite engineered flooring from Mullican’s American-made San Marco Collection.

San Marco oak granite flooring will be highlighted in several episodes this season. This domestically produced hand-sculpted flooring is available in 5- and 7-inch widths and 6-foot lengths. The San Marco Collection features Mullican’s exclusive lifetime finish, Claritage Extra by PPG.

The second episode, "Glenda & Dave," will air Wednesday, Feb. 11, at 9 p.m. EST. In this renovation project, Mullican’s solid Castillian oak sandstone will be installed in the home.

The Castillian Collection is a precision manufactured ¾-inch product available in a 5-inch width. Together with Mullican’s patented Aqua Shield system, the Castillian Collection provides a lifetime moisture warranty. The revolutionary Aqua Shield system includes the application of the Mullican Moisture Mat, the company’s own moisture-retardant underlayment, along with the installation of a Castillian product. When used together, this method allows the bottom of the wood to expand if exposed to moisture, with little to no effect on the floor’s surface, according to the company.

The third episode, "Sarah & Andrew," will air Wednesday, Feb. 18, at 9 p.m. EST. This renovation project will also feature oak granite engineered flooring from Mullican’s San Marco Collection.

“Homeowners and contractors alike are drawn to hardwood flooring for its durability and diverse aesthetic appeal. The popularity of hardwood can be seen in the increasing demand for more options, such as wider widths, longer lengths and a broader color palette," said Neil Poland, president of the Johnson City, Tenn.-based company.

Now in its fourth season, “Property Brothers” features twin brothers and business partners Drew and Jonathan Scott. Drew is a seasoned real estate agent, and Jonathan is a licensed building contractor. The show shadows the duo as they work with couples to find fixer-uppers, develop a design plan, and renovate the property into a dream home within the established timeline and budget.
