Total Solutions Plus will take place Oct. 25 to 28 in San Antonio. Show officials said the show’s networking and education opportunities are designed to bring the ceramic tile industry together.

This year's show will open with keynote, Scott McKain. In his presentation, 'The Collapse of Distinction: How to Differentiate Yourself in a Crowded Marketplace,' McKain will reveal how to create more compelling connections between you and your customers and how to stand out and move up, regardless of the economic climate 

Additional educational opportunities and show speakers will include:

Shannon Vogel will review social media. Attendees will learn about content strategy and development in order to give their social audience the information they need or want. After attendees develop a content strategy, Vogel will cover what to do beyond posting to step social media up a notch with tools like advertising and promotions.
 
Mike Clancy will discuss estimating bidding strategies. After a multi-year trend toward negotiated, cooperative procurement of construction services, the pendulum has swung dramatically back to lump sum work. Best in class contracting organizations are looking at estimating and work acquisition in a completely new way. Are you getting everything you should be from your estimating function?
 
Sandy Smith will discuss how to create a culture of high employee engagement. Smith will reveal the key reasons behind employee disengagement and more importantly feature specific strategies for leaders and managers in tile distribution to create a culture of high employee engagement.
 
Attendees are invited to 'Laugh at Fear' with comedian Frank Miles during Tuesday's lunch. Laugh at Fear is Miles’ off the wall, hilarious response to his near-death experience and long road to recovery. He illustrates the simple truths that can free you from self-imposed and imprisoning fears. He also demonstrates ways to confront issues of change and accompanying stress, while reminding you of what’s really important in life, and puts you on the road to achieving your goals.
