Ground has been broken and construction preparations are under way for IVC US’s new luxury vinyl tile and plank (LVT) manufacturing facility in Dalton — a projected $100 million dollar investment into the local community, according to the company.

“This new LVT plant is an ambitious venture, and one that will add 200 Georgia jobs and continue to strengthen our region,” said Xavier Steyaert, co-CEO, IVC US.

According to Steyaert, the company is partnering with general contractor, Fox & Brindle Construction Co. to build the new facility.
