Laticrete has promoted three key personnel within its technical services department.

“These promotions recognize the numerous contributions these gentlemen make on behalf of our company, department and our customers,” said Arthur Mintie CSI, CDT, Laticrete technical services director. 

Curtis Rogers-Vereen has been promoted to senior technical services representative / training coordinator; Rogers-Vereen continues to add to the long tradition of providing training skills, programs and product support that Laticrete customers have come to expect. Rogers-Vereen plays a key role in the Technical Services Department and the execution of their training programs. 

Adrian Rivera has been promoted to senior technical services representative. Rivera’s continued excellence in customer service, videography skills and performance in technical support projects play a key role in the department, supporting its troubleshooting and problem solving. 

Gilles Bignolas has been promoted to senior technical services representative – SPD. Bignolas has demonstrated the ability to quickly digest the company’s new product line offerings while supporting the unique challenges that new customer bases require. Bignolas has been instrumental in extending the same high level of technical support to  ew business ventures which our traditional customers have come to expect.
