The Chicago Floorcovering Association (CFA) Installation and Training Committee is joining of forces with the World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) and International Certified Floorcovering Installers Association (CFI) to provide installation and sales training and certification classes.

The first two classes will be held on Jan. 14 and 15, and will certify installers in tile and resilient. The second two classes are on Jan. 16 and 17, for carpet and hardwood/laminate.

In addition,Tom Jennings, VP of the WFCA will hold an open meeting on Jan. 14 at 6:30 p.m. He will speak about how to learn new techniques to improve your ability to get started on the correct path every time with varied customer types and personalities. Learn ways to build value not only in the products you sell, but in the unique services that you offer as well.
