Scott Humphrey, president and CEO of the World Floor Covering Association, will be the keynote speaker at Chicago Floorcovering Association's State of the Industry Dinner, Wednesday, Oct. 9, at the Belvedere, 1170 W. Devon Ave., in Elk Grove Village, Ill.
