LATICRETE, a manufacturer of globally proven construction solutions for the building industry, has announced the appointment of Laura Brown to the new position of Vice President of Human Resources. Brown brings to LATICRETE a strong portfolio, working with global brands such as Southern Air, Pepperidge Farm/Campbell Soup Company, Sara Lee, and Coca-Cola.
Brown will be reporting to and working directly with LATICRETE Chairman/CEO, David A. Rothberg. Rothberg stated, "Dr. Henry M. Rothberg built a company where employees, customers and business partners felt like family. When my brother and co-owner, Henry B., and I started the search for our first ever Vice President of Human Resources, we knew he or she had a vital and huge role to fill; to maintain that family feeling while continuing our astronomical global growth. Our efforts were rewarded with the hiring of Ms. Laura Brown. Born and raised in Pisa Italy, her work experience includes not only working with major international companies, but a focused passion in helping each employee reach their full potential.”
Brown comes to LATICRETE with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration from A. Fusinieri in Vicenza, Italy. In her new position as Vice President of Human Resources, she will lead the human resources strategy and organizational initiatives in support of the company’s growth and provide leadership development and execution of people strategies for the company.
"We're delighted to have Laura onboard," stated David Rothberg.
