J+J Flooring Group has named Troy Hodges as Director of International Sales for Asia. Hodges will be focused on growing J+J Flooring Group’s presence in the Asian market, in addition to Australia and New Zealand. He will be based in Manila.

A native of Chattanooga, TN, Hodges is a 23-year flooring industry veteran who has worked in sales management in Asia for the last 18 years, including positions in Singapore, Hong Kong and Manila.

Hodges’ flooring industry experience includes positions with Shaw Industries, Lees Carpets and Beaulieu Commercial.

“Troy brings us both industry expertise as well as unique insight into the growing Asian market,” said Vice President of International Sales, Alan Margulius. “We look forward to building a strong position for our brands under his direction as we expand our presence globally.”

Hodges is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He and his wife Loren have three children.
