MDNVAFCA sent an email to their members regarding the Persons of the Year dinner. The email follows in full:
"We proudly honor Chuck Bode and Kurt Zanelotti for their continued leadership within the flooring industry. Kurt and Chuck were among the first in the inudstry to step up and spearhead the fight towards amending Maryland's Work Place Fraud Act of 2009. Their hard work and dedication has helped clear a path to compliance for the inudstry and has directly benefitted all flooring dealers doing business in the state of Maryland. In addition, the Association's successful battle has provided framework for others fighting similar laws around the country. Chuck and Kurt's vision continues to lead our legislative committee helping to ensure a level playing field for our inudstry which in turn benefits all of our memebers.
