During a day focused on closing sales and increasing the bottom line, Carpet One Floor & Home’s University introduced two new programs for members. The first is a collaborative effort with the International Certified Flooring Installers Association (CFI) and the second is a new business consulting service.

The International Certified Flooring Installers Association is an organization of flooring professionals whose purpose is to identify, train and certify flooring installers according to skill and knowledge and to provide the Industry with educational programs that enhance the ultimate goal of Customer Satisfaction. The collaborative effort between CFI and Carpet One Floor & Home’s University will enhance Carpet One Floor & Home’s installer training programs and certifications giving members access to the best programs available to ensure that their installers are providing the level of service that lives up to the Carpet One Floor & Home name.

Carpet One Retail Consulting Services gives store owners access to a team of business coaches with years of real world experience working with business owners.  The group was created to help Carpet One members reach their goals by providing comprehensive analysis and assistance from qualified subject matter experts to help them increase their performance. 

A good business coach helps develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals.  Those goals might be to increase sales and business performance, add additional sites, prepare to sell your business, or even to transition it to second generation ownership.  The coaches of Carpet One Retail Consulting Services know how to ask the right questions and turn observations into solutions.
