As part of the company's Earth Day commitment, Centiva has donated 400 recycling bins to citizens of Florence, Ala., who have taken a pledge to recycle. The recycling bins were available at the recent WC Handy Music Festival to residents who were willing to take a recycling pledge.

Rachel Mansell, education outreach coordinator for the City of Florence, Alabama Solid Waste, Street, and Recycle Department, stated, “We were excited to receive the bins from Centiva. Not only did it save the city money, but most importantly it brought the need to recycle to the forefront of our minds at a fun, exciting local event like Handy Fest. We truly appreciate local companies like Centiva that are committed to making the world a healthier, safer place to live and work.”
