Dec. 3: All exterior glass work has been finished.


Printed decor paper supplier Schattdecor is almost complete with the construction of its facility in St. Louis. A team from Rotodecor is working on the printing press and will finalize installation this month. All external glass work has been completed and the elevator has been installed. Tiling in the offices and bathrooms has been completed; all plumbing fixtures are in place.

Dec. 3: Continuing installation of the press.

In the next few weeks, the flooring, fixtures and cabinets will be installed and all the doors will be hung. After the installation of the press is complete, calibration will begin. Following a final walkthrough at the end of the month, Schattdecor Inc. will officially be located at 13950 Riverport Place Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63043.

Dec. 3: All dry walling has been completed and office walls have been painted.
