Karastan is relocating to a larger showroom at AmericasMart for the Atlanta International Area Rug Market, moving to space 3-A-1,3,5 in Building 1. The new location is 5,600 sq. ft., nearly 40 percent larger than its previous showroom, and is set to open at the July 15-18 market.

“This expansion gives us valuable space to show more products as we add to the Karastan line,” said Steve Roan, vp Karastan Rugs. “AmericasMart and the Atlanta International Area Rug Market provide a strong platform that aligns with our core philosophy at Karastan Rugs--brand, tradition and integrity.”

Karastan has shown its products at AmericasMart since 1994. Karastan is part of Mohawk Industries, a leading supplier of flooring for both residential and commercial applications. Event organizers said AmericasMart will celebrate the grand opening of the expanded showroom with a ribbon cutting ceremony during the market.
