Travis Bass


With the recent resignation of Ken Peden as coo of Kronotex USA, Travis Bass has been promoted to exec vp sales & marketing. Bass has been an officer of Kronotex USA since its founding in 2000. He most recently served as vp national accounts.

In addition, Shane Carpenter has been promoted to Kronotex brand vp, and Fred Giuggio has been promoted to Formica Flooring brand vp. Carpenter joined the company in August 2006 as Kronotex div. national sales director. Giuggio joined the company in December 2007 and most recently served as Formica Flooring divisional sales manager.

Peden stepped down from Kronotex to pursue other interests. “Ken has been a tremendous asset to us over the last four years,” noted Norm Voss, Kronotex USA president and ceo. “He is a true leader and has a long track record of success in the flooring industry. We wish him the best in his new endeavors and are greatly appreciative of the contributions he made to our sales and marketing department during his tenure.”
