The Long Island Floor Covering Association is seeking new members so it can continue to offer the "level of support for the industry that LIFCA has been known for since 1959," according to the group.

LIFCA offers two membership categories: LIFCA/World Floor Covering Association Joint Membership and LIFCA Affiliate Membership. The LIFCA/WFCA Joint Membership is for dealers, contractors, inspectors and cleaners, with dues of $225. Membership includes $500 in trade scholarships, and listings on the WFCA consumer website, at wfca.org, and LIFCA's consumer website, at LIFloor.com.

LIFCA Associate Membership is for manufacturers and distributor sales representatives, sales agents and managers. Dues are $50.
