Citing increased costs in raw materials, Tarkett
Residential said it will raise prices on its residential resilient products
beginning April 1. Prices will increase between 5 to 7 percent, the company
said.
Guillaume Laverdure,
president of Tarkett Residential North America, said the increases were
necessary. “Due to ongoing increases in raw materials, energy and freight
costs, we found it necessary to adjust our pricing in order to continue
producing the high quality products our customers expect from Tarkett
Residential,” he said.
The announcement comes soon after Tarkett announced plans to
raise prices on its commercial resilient products beginning April 7.
