Coverings 2007 encourages architects, designers to bring a friend - on the house
Coverings 2007, set for April
17-20, at McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, is extending its
hospitality by allowing architects and designers to bring their VIP clients
with them, free of charge. They can host up to two guests during the four-day
event.
To take advantage of the “bring a client” offer, the architect or designer needs to enter the guest’s name when registering online at www.coverings.com. Clients’ badges will then be mailed to them, along with their own.
The only restriction, other than the two-guests per professional limit, is that hosts must accompany their VIP guests on the floor at all times. Travel or lodging expenses are not part of this invitation.
Several programs are slated for the architectural and design communities, including the $36,000 prize for outstanding use of tile and stone at the Spectrum and Prism Awards ceremony. Also highlighting the show is renowned architect and Pritzker Prize honoree Richard Meier, who will take the stage as just one of several dozen educational seminars.
For more information, visit www.coverings.com or call (703) 683-8500.
